logo.gif Established in 1985, Montana Territorial Land Company is located in West Yellowstone, Montana, the West Entrance to Yellowstone National Park, the first National Park in the United States and the world. Our goal is to provide you with the service and knowledge you need to understand our real estate market to help you make an informed decision on your real estate needs. We seek to help you with your real estate search in a timely and professional and friendly manner.

Montana Territorial Land Company is operated by Andie Withner, Broker/Owner since 1982. The broker and agents are all members of the National and Montana Associations of Realtors® and support their rules on ethics. They are members of South West Montana’s Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and are licensed Realtors® in Montana and Idaho.

Andie Withner graduated from Indiana University and relocated to West Yellowstone in 1975. She has previous background in sales/marketing and hotel management. Andie also owns and manages several successful businesses in West Yellowstone. Her knowledge of real estate and the West Yellowstone area is unsurpassed.

Sandi Peppler is a licensed real estate agent in Montana and Idaho working with Montana Territorial Land Co. of West Yellowstone, Montana. Sandi is originally from North Dakota and moved to the Island Park/West Yellowstone area in 1998. Sandi received her real estate license in Idaho in 2002 and received her Montana license in June 2006.

Carter Burke is a newly licensed sales agent and a Member of Gallatin Associates of Realty. After 33 years as a pharmaceutical representative in Salt Lake City, Carter retired and moved to West Yellowstone with his wife and son. Carter was born and raised in southeastern Idaho and is a graduate of Brigham Young University. Carter and his family have owned property in West Yellowstone area since 1993.

Debbie Griffin is our office manager. Debbie has lived in the West Yellowstone area for over 10 years. She grew up in Western Montana attending the University of Montana. Debbie has a background in marketing, sales and management.
