Andie Withner has been licensed to sell Montana Real Estate since 1982 and a Montana Broker/Realtor since 1984. She is well informed on the sale and purchase of commercial, residential and recreational properties. Her knowledge of real estate and the West Yellowstone area is unsurpassed.

Andie graduated from Indiana University and relocated to West Yellowstone in 1975. She has previous background in sales/marketing and hotel management. Andie also owns several successful businesses in West Yellowstone.

Her interests include her family, golden retrivers (Gus and Emma), horseback riding, hiking and reading.

Carter Burke is a licensed Realtor and a Member of Gallatin Associates of Realty. After 33 years as a pharmaceutical representative for Sanofi-Aventis in Salt Lake City, Carter retired and moved to West Yellowstone with his wife and son. Carter and his family have owned property in West Yellowstone area since 1993 and built a home in 2000.

Carter was born and raised in southeastern Idaho and has always had a "tie" to West Yellowstone and Yellowstone National Park. Carter has visited West Yellowstone and Yellowstone National Park many times, not only as a child but also brought his own family here to enjoy the beauty and the solitude of the area. The fact that West Yellowstone is the most popular entrance to Yellowstone National Park was also an attraction, because it is a natural draw for friends and family. Since moving here, Carter has become a Guide in Yellowstone Park both in the summer as well as in the winter. The fact that there is "World Class" hunting and fishing in the West Yellowstone area is a definite draw to this area.

Debbie Griffin has been our office manager since 2007. She has continued to take the additional steps required to become a licensed Realtor; offering a higher level of service to fulfill both buyer's and seller's needs and management support.

Debbie has lived in the West Yellowstone area since 1997. She grew up in Western Montana attending the University of Montana. Debbie has a background in marketing, sales and management.

Debbie has been an active member of the West Yellowstone Community and School. She has been an active member of the WY Athletic Booster Club since moving to the area and has previously served as president for several years. Currently Debbie is serving on the Board of Directors for the West Yellowstone Chamber of Comerce.

Her interests include her family and enjoying the many outdoor activities the Yellowstone area has to offer.
